About My

Kia ora! I'm a Finance and Management graduate from VUW with a strong interest in math, statistics, economics, and finance. I enjoy breaking down complex concepts into simple, practical explanations and helping students build confidence in their learning.

I've been tutoring at the School of Economics and Finance for over a year, supporting students with tutorials, assignments, and test preparation. My goal is to help students strengthen their understanding, improve their problem-solving skills, and achieve their academic goals.

My tutoring approach focuses on building a strong understanding of concepts rather than memorizing formulas. I tailor each lesson to the student's current level, learning style, and academic goals, using clear explanations, worked examples, and practice questions to build confidence and problem-solving skills.

Lessons typically last 60 minutes, with flexibility depending on your needs. As a Victoria University of Wellington student specializing in Finance and Management (with several letters of academic excellence), I have a strong academic foundation in mathematics, statistics, probability, economics, and finance.

I welcome students of different ages and levels, from secondary school to university, who want to strengthen their fundamentals, prepare for exams, or improve their academic performance.

Feel free to reach out at (concealed information) to discuss your learning goals!
