About Stéphane
I taught the "Quality" subject of the Bac pro aeronautics (15 years of experience as a quality manager), introductions to aeronautical regulations in continuing airworthiness and 5S as well as various modules of the BIA and am holder of the Certificate of Aptitude for Aeronautical Education. All this in the Aeronautical Apprentice Training Center. I then worked in the supplier quality department of an Airbus Tier 1 subcontractor and in a maintenance center.

After training as a trainer, success at the BIA and then at the CAEA state diploma (promo major at the Versailles Academy with 19/20) I can offer individual or group lessons with the use of my own teaching tools (several different booklets for the same module for an exhaustive approach, videos, Powerpoint, MCQ, sketches, models, small experiments, collection of all the BIA annals since 1991, "marry them" games, etc.)
I also offer preparation for aeronautical English tests (20 years of experience in an international environment, TOEIC 925/990)
My methodology: taking into account the prerequisites, the needs of the learner, adapting my pedagogy accordingly.
Educational process:
* Presentation of the session in accordance with the National Education reference of the diploma, questioning on the expectations of the learners before the start of the course.
* Course in itself interactive with many exchanges and questions and many pedagogical breaks by differentiated activities adapted to the different learning profiles of the learners (visual, auditory or kinesthetic) by the manipulation of tools, the projection of videos, the deciphering of sketches, etc). Formative evaluation by games or QCM.
Closing of the course with questions on the satisfaction of initial expectations, final evaluation and presentation of the next session.
I can also offer a reverse pedagogy: prior sending of course materials to the learner by email. The latter works at home and my intervention then consists of responding to what he may have misunderstood, evaluating his good acquisition of knowledge and having him do exercises or go further.

Stephane est un prof qui est toujours pret a faire plus que neccessaire pour t'aider a accomplir ton besoin, toujours disponible, flexible meme un anglephone n'aura pas de problemes et surtout tres polyvalent grasse a ses experiences divesifiees dans l'aeronautique. Il s'y connais meme dans les recrutements car il y a deja travailler donc je vous le recommende tres fortement.
Il y a quelques temps, j’ai demandé à Stéphane de reproduire une photo de paysage prise lors d’un voyage. Le résultat est bluffant : Les perpectives, les proportions, les ombres/lumière, les moindres détails sont hyper bien restitués…
Stéphane a une très bonne technique qu’il saura transmettre avec beaucoup de pédagogie et de passion.Stéphane est un superprof très pédagogue. Je vous le recommande vivement !
