About Emma
I am extremely knowledgeable in nutrition and how to balance meals to contain the correct amount of macros/micros depending on different goals (fat loss/ muscle gain/ fat gain etc).
I have been eating healthy/vegan for 5 years and know the best plant based substitutes in UK supermarkets.
I have helped 9 people make the transition to vegetarian/vegan and have helped a morbidly obese family friend lose 60lbs

I am not a registered dietician so I can't:
Prescribe meal plans to treat specific diseases/problems
Diagnose diseases/illnesses
Recommend supplements for treating a specific problem

I start my tutoring by asking a little bit about your goals and expectations, so I can tailor my tutoring to benefit you the most.
I then provide a lesson on the different macros (protein, carbs, fats) and micros (vitamins and minerals) and their importance.
I will then chat with you about different healthy foods, find out what foods you like and suggest balanced meals/recipes to achieve your goals.
