I am Aaliyah, I am a certified fitness trainer and law student. I have my B-licence qualification from IFFA which allows me to take classes including yoga, pilates, body workout, aerobics, step aerobics, Legs, Bums & Tums, and many more. I am a certified trainer with a B Licence qualification, which allows me to create safe, effective, and structured workouts tailored to your goals. My classes focus on improving strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall body conditioning.
You can expect motivating and well-balanced sessions including:

• Cardio training
• Mobility and flexibility
• Core strengthening
• Yoga and stretching
