About Naphtali
I have a deep interest in business and I'm really passionate about learning and helping others. I'm not just interested in helping students pass exams. I want to inspire enterprise and develop the next generation of entrepreneurs. With me, students learn from a real business owner who brings real experience into every lesson. Nothing motivates me more than seeing students grow in confidence and become the best version of themselves.

I'm a business owner, business lecturer and qualified teacher with almost 10 years of experience. I've taught business at every level, from KS3 and GCSE to A Level and degree. I don't just teach business. I run them, and I bring that into every lesson.
My teaching is relationship based. Students learn best when they feel comfortable and confident to ask questions, so I get to know each student and how they learn. My lessons are very interactive. We discuss ideas, work through case studies and tackle exam questions together. I ask a lot of questions and encourage students to give their own opinions.
My biggest strength is real world experience. As a business owner I deal with marketing, finance and people every day. When we cover topics like cash flow or motivation theory, I show students how it really works. It makes the content stick and helps them write stronger exam answers.
Every lesson has a clear structure. Recap, teach, apply, check understanding. Students always leave knowing what to work on next.
