About Stephanie
I own a competitive and recreational dance studio in Minnesota. I grew up dancing and competing with studio training in many styles including tap, jazz, ballet, hip hop, lyrical, acro/tumbling, and more. I also competed on the Brandon Valley High School dance team in jazz, pom, and kick. I danced for the Storm indoor football team for 2 years. I am a part of LiRa dance theatre company, a professional dance company for adults in Sioux Falls, SD. I have been teaching dance for 8 years and it is my passion!

My approach is grounded in clarity, skill, and technique, with a strong emphasis on building confidence and body awareness. I work from a foundational level upward, ensuring you understand not just the how, but the why of each movement.
I combine structured technique drills, creative improvisation, and practical choreography to help you connect deeply with your movement. Whether you're interested in learning to dance, refining performance-level work, or wanting to go professional, each lesson is adapted to fit your learning style—visual, kinesthetic, or auditory.
Feedback is always constructive and supportive, focusing on progress over perfection.
