About Dan
Welcome to the world of martial arts! My name is Daniel, and I am an experienced martial arts instructor with a passion for empowering individuals through the art of combat and self-discipline. With over two decades of dedicated practice and growth, I specialise in Karate (Kyokushin, Kudo, Goju Ryu, Seiki Juku), BJJ, Tai Chi, MMA, and Kobudo. My goal is to help you uncover your potential, build your confidence, and deepen your understanding of martial arts.
Experience and Expertise:
I bring a wealth of experience, having worked with a diverse range of students aged 4 to 70. My teaching journey has led me to train both beginners and intermediate practitioners, each with unique aspirations and goals. Currently, I have 400 students who are progressing under my guidance. Determination, attention, and hard work are the cornerstones of success in my sessions.

In our sessions, you'll experience a holistic approach to martial arts training. We will cover a wide range of components, including warm-ups, drills, exercises, combinations, and bag work. These elements are thoughtfully integrated to help you develop a comprehensive skill set that blends techniques from various martial arts disciplines.
