As a current secondary school science teacher, I focus on making complex ideas simple, memorable, and engaging. I use clear explanations, real-world examples, and lots of guided practice to build confidence and understanding—especially in tricky topics like enzymes, waves, and required practicals. I tailor each lesson to the student’s needs, whether they need help boosting exam technique, filling knowledge gaps, or stretching beyond the basics. I use active recall, scaffolding, and visual aids to make sure learning sticks. Every student gets space to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow from them. My lessons typically last 60 minutes, with a focus on GCSE Science (AQA). I support students aged 11–16, including those aiming for Grade 4/5 as well as those pushing for top marks.
