About Gopika
Hello, I'm Gopika, and I'm incredibly passionate about sharing the fascinating world of psychology with you. Psychology has been a transformative journey for me, helping me unravel the intricate layers of my own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through this discipline, I've not only gained a deeper understanding of myself but also cultivated an unshakable belief in my own potential. It's like discovering a treasure trove of insights into why we think, feel, and act the way we do. These revelations reassured me that I'm not alone – I'm an integral part of this world, deserving of boundless love, care, and respect. This profound realization inspired me to extend a helping hand to others on their own journeys of self-discovery. By sharing the invaluable knowledge I've gained, my aim is to empower you to embrace your uniqueness and find solace in the fact that you, too, belong and are deserving of every form of kindness. Together, let's explore the liberating world of psychology and experience the sense of freedom that comes from understanding and coexisting with our beautifully complex minds.

My teaching approach is built on empathy and inclusivity. I am committed to creating a supportive environment where students can freely explore their understanding of psychology and overcome any academic challenges they encounter. With a strong foundation in the subject and a passion for teaching, I'm equipped to guide students through various psychological concepts and theories.
What sets me apart is my belief in the power of coexistence and support, especially in the face of mental distress. My goal is to equip students with the knowledge and tools to understand and address psychological concerns in themselves and others.
