About Farawahida
I’m a passionate Biology tutor with 10 years of experience. Biology fascinates me, and I aim to share that enthusiasm with my students by helping them see how the subject is intertwined with the world around them. Over the years, I've gained extensive experience teaching A-Level biology and the American Degree Transfer Program, and I continuously refine my approach to make learning more effective. I also attend Cambridge A-Level training events to stay updated with the latest teaching strategies and enhance my skills. My goal is to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions and explore complex biological concepts.

I provide engaging and interactive biology lessons for students ranging from Form 4 and 5 SPM to A-level and pre-university students. With 10 years of experience teaching A-level students and those in the American Degree Transfer Programme, I use a variety of techniques to ensure understanding. I incorporate diagrams, animations, and videos to explain complex biological processes, while encouraging students to make their own notes and mind maps. I also use formative assessments and provide constructive feedback to help students track their progress. Each lesson lasts between 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours, providing ample time to cover topics in-depth and engage students actively in their learning.
