• When did you develop an interest in your chosen field and in private tutoring?

  I developed my interest in tutoring 6 years ago, when I was in high school. I used to help my class fellows with maths and science, and I also really needed money at that time, so I started private tutoring to help my needs and also to help others with maths and science.

• Tell us more about the subject you teach, the topics you like to discuss with students (and possibly those you like a little less).

  Well, I love teaching maths to students, especially Algebra and all the basic concepts of maths and science. I love it when I make the students' foundation stronger.
  
  In Science, I love to explain chemistry topics to students.

• Did you have any role models, a teacher that inspired you?

  My role model is one of my teacher she used to teach me maths in high school, she was extremely hardworking, and she would always try her best to make sure the students understood each and every concept properly. So, I really got inspired by her, and I said I would be the same.

• What do you think are the qualities required to be a good tutor?

  I think the very first quality that a tutor needs to be the best tutor is the tutor's explanation style. In one-to-one tutoring, the tutor should know how to deal with the students and how to explain the topic in easy and engaging ways. And the second quality is alot if patience, the tutor needs to be so patient towards the pupils.

• Provide a valuable anecdote related to your subject or your days at school.

  I have a very interesting story about my highschool, when I was in my year 11, One of my Science teacher was about to go out of station for a week so she asked me to help my class fellows learn all the topics and in that week many of my classmates loved my teaching criteria and explaination way so they suggested me to start tutoring and from that week I started tutoring, which was one of the best decision that l took in my life cause, I love tutoring so much now.

• What were the difficulties or challenges you faced or still facing in your subject?

  Initially, when I started tutoring, it was hard for me to figure out the ways of dealing with different types of students with unusual moods, but after 6 years of tutoring, I can easily deal with all types of students and can help them according to their preferred way. And in my Subject I used to feel difficulties at the start as I did not have much knowledge, but with a lot of practice and learning, now I'm finally ok with all the topics.

• Do you have a particular passion? Is it teaching in general or an element of the subject or something completely different?

  Teaching is my main passion now, as I love helping kids to understand all their subjects in the best way.

• What makes you a Superprof (besides answering these interview questions :-P) ?

  I think I'm a Superprof because I make the hard concepts easy for students by teaching them using different techniques. And also my way of tutoring is quite different from other cause I first try to understand the student and then teach them according to their most preferred way. I always try my best so that the students understand the lessons in the best way, and then I end the sessions cause when the students understand the topic, and they thank me at the end, it gives me unlimited peace and happiness 😊I will continue doing my best.
