About Melinda
With over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I've had the privilege of working with guests from all corners of the globe. This diverse exposure has not only broadened my understanding of different cultures but has also honed my skills in communication, customer service, and problem-solving.
Throughout my career, I've taken on various roles, from front desk management to guest relations, where I've had the chance to interact with people from diverse backgrounds on a daily basis. One aspect of my job that I particularly enjoy is training new employees on how to deal with guests professionally and appropriately. Whether it's providing exceptional service or handling challenging situations with grace, I've always strived to lead by example and impart valuable skills to my team.Now, as I pursue a 420-hour TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) diploma, I'm excited to combine my passion for hospitality with my love for teaching. I believe that education is a powerful tool for personal and professional growth, and I am committed to sharing my knowledge and experience with others.Becoming a teacher is a natural progression for me, as it allows me to continue making a positive impact on people's lives, albeit in a different capacity.
