About Dan
I have practiced self-healing techniques for over 30 years, and I'm glad to share these with you, as I have for hundreds of students and clients over the years. Easy-paced lessons and dharma (wisdom teachings) from many systems - I have studied in many traditions, and I have learned my own integrated style, which I'm happy to share with you! My background is Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chaplaincy / Spiritual Advisor, Dual-Recovery Support, and Wellness Coaching.

Learn, practice, and train yourself to realize your conscious powers in sessions you customize - daily bi-weekly, weekly - you decide the frequency. Learn through mindfulness and concentration methods, mantra (chanting), pranayama (breathwork), creative visualization and esoteric practices from ancient traditions. Taoist, Vedic, Zen Buddhist, and Western meditation and contemplative traditions are discussed and mentored. You will be transformed with regular practice!
