About Lena
As a child, I felt misunderstood, unable to express myself and struggled with confidence. I was taught to push my emotions down, which eventually led to rebellion and feeling lost. I never want any child to experience that kind of struggle. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping kids build confidence, express themselves freely and feel empowered. I believe every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and confident in who they are. With a creative, empathetic, supportive approach, I guide children to unlock their full potential, build self-trust and thrive in their own unique way.

What to expect in our sessions:
I understand that as a parent, it's hard to watch your child struggle with self doubt, emotional overwhelm or difficulty expressing themselves. You want them to feel confident, be able to speak their trust and unlock their full potential and most of all be happy. But sometimes, no matter how well intended you are it can be really difficult to know how to support them in the best way.
This is where I come in.
In our sessions, I create a safe space where your child is able to explore who they really are without fear of judgement. I'll guide them in developing the tools they need to build confidence, express themselves fully and feel empowered in their own skin.
Here's how I'll support your child:
- Confidence building: I know how important it is for your child to feel secure in who they are. Through engaging activities and exercises, we’ll work on helping them trust themselves and feel proud of who they are.
• Self Expression: It can be heartbreaking when your child has trouble finding the words or ways to express their feelings. We’ll explore creative outlets; like creative writing, art, mindfulness, role play to help them communicate what’s inside in a way that feels right for them.
• Emotional Resilience: It’s tough to watch your child struggle with emotions or self-doubt. I’ll help your child navigate these challenges, teaching them how to process their feelings and build emotional strength, so they can handle life’s ups and downs with confidence.
• Creativity Unlocked: I believe every child has the potential to tap into their creativity and this can be a powerful tool for self expression. Together, we’ll discover what sparks their creativity and use it to build confidence.
• Setting Goals: I know it’s not always easy to see progress right away, but we’ll set small, achievable goals that give your child the confidence to see their own growth and feel proud of their journey.
Every session is designed to meet your child where they are, and it will be personalised to help them overcome their challenges and step into their power. My mission is to support your child in becoming the confident, expressive, and empowered person you know they can be and to be able to shine their light bright!
