About Tawsif
Throughout my time in college, I have been tutoring which has proved my success in developing my tutees' understanding in English. I have helped a couple of friends as well as professionally teaching people via Superprof, which has led to an increase in their confidence to write essays and analyse extracts from a larger text e.g. Macbeth. During my time at GCSE, English was my favourite subject so my passion will hopefully encourage you to engage and learn the plethora of techniques required to get a grade 9 in this subject.

Offering interactive lessons that will include building on exam + essay technique: how to choose what pieces of text to analyse and how to link connotations to parts of the broader text + developing the correct mindset and techniques to write a bewitching creative writing piece. We will go through a lot of practice of analysing different texts where I will guide your thinking and provide hints; this will promote independent thinking which will be beneficial in your exams, as well as transferable to your other subjects. I encourage any questions to do with work that you struggle with in school, so that I can provide a more direct impact on your progression + understanding.
