About Izzy
I’m a university student studying Children and Childhood Studies, with a strong interest in education and helping young people reach their potential. I enjoy working with students and supporting them as they build confidence in English Language and Literature.
I understand that English can sometimes feel challenging, especially when it comes to exam writing and technique, so I aim to make things as clear and straightforward as possible. I’m patient, approachable, and focused on helping students feel more comfortable and capable in their learning.
I take a supportive, step-by-step approach in my tutoring, tailoring sessions to each student so they can make steady progress and feel proud of their improvements.

My lessons are structured, supportive, and tailored to each student’s individual needs. I focus on breaking down English Language and Literature into clear, manageable skills such as exam answer structure, analysis, and technique, using step-by-step guidance and regular practice questions.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes and includes a mix of teaching, guided practice, and feedback to help students build confidence and improve steadily over time.
I am a university student studying Children and Childhood Studies, with experience supporting young people’s learning and development. My approach is patient and encouraging, helping students feel more confident in their abilities while improving their exam performance.
My lessons are aimed at secondary school students, primarily KS3 and GCSE (Years 7–11), studying English Language and English Literature.
