About Madeline
Hi, I’m Madeline, an 18-year-old Art History student! I tutor GCSE English Language and Literature, and achieved an A in A-level English Literature. I focus on building confidence and making things feel less overwhelming. I understand how stressful exams can be, so I aim to keep sessions calm, supportive, and reassuring.

I tailor my lessons to each student and aim to make things feel clear, engaging, and manageable. I focus on building confidence first, then gently developing understanding, critical thinking, and exam skills in a calm, step-by-step way. In English Literature, we explore themes, context, and writers’ methods, while building essay skills and exam technique. I always aim to keep sessions supportive, relaxed, and adapted to each student’s pace and goals.
