About Manya
Hi! I’m Manya, a first-year Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws student at the University of Sydney. I’ve always enjoyed English and public speaking, and throughout school I was involved in MUNs, student leadership and other activities that strengthened my communication skills. I’m approachable, patient and enjoy working with younger students. I understand that everyone learns differently, so I try to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I’d love to help students become more confident in their English skills, reading and communication.

I take a friendly and personalised approach to teaching English, adapting lessons to each student’s needs and level. I can help students improve their reading, pronunciation, phonetics, vocabulary, grammar and overall confidence in English. For oratory, I focus on clear communication, pronunciation, expression and speaking confidently in front of others. Lessons typically run for 45–60 minutes and are suitable for primary and secondary school students. I aim to make each lesson interactive and comfortable, while helping students build skills that they can apply both in and outside the classroom.
