I would make the timetable according to the student’s requirement and would try to be as flexible as is possible to make it easier and more comfortable for the students... I would be taking weekly tests to analyse the student’s performance and then work on their weakness accordingly.... but yes I would be strict if the student takes the subject casually and doesn’t work hard.

Hiranya is a great teacher and puts all her efforts and attention to her subject. She teaches with great zeal and makes chemistry fun for her students. She's very passionate about this subject and I love how she focuses on building the basics.
