I would be taking the classes according to the requirement of the students because everyone has a different style and pace of learning..... I would be taking regular tests which will help me to analyse the performance of the students and plan the further schedule accordingly... I will try to be as flexible as I can to make it easy for the students to learn the subject..... but yes I will be very strict if the student doesn’t follow the timetable and doesn’t work hard towards the studies.

Hiranya is a great teacher and puts all her efforts and attention to her subject. She teaches with great zeal and makes chemistry fun for her students. She's very passionate about this subject and I love how she focuses on building the basics.
Hiranya would make a great teacher because of her dedication towards her work and the sense of ease which she provides which make it easy to communicate with her
Always has her facts right and never doubts herself, great explanation capability. She is also always ready to improve or cross check her knowledge.
I have had the privilege of knowing Hiranya for a long time now and we have worked together on a lot of projects and activities. She's a great teacher with thorough knowledge of the subject and strong foundations of the basics. Also she's really creative and patient with her teaching methodology and I'd highly recommend her to anyone interested in learning.
