About Sam
My name is Sam; I am a senior at the University of Pennsylvania and I'm from Scarsdale, New York. So far, I've been part of internship programs for an economics think tank, the White House, and one of the government's intelligence agencies. I'm very interested in national security, especially its intersection with quantitative methods and strategic planning. After graduation, I'll be working in consulting in New York City.

I am very adaptable to whatever students need! In particular, I am happy to work through problems, explain concepts, or answer questions, whatever is most useful. I am comfortable teaching for middle or high school class in math (Geometry, Algebra, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Statistics), as well as economics and most computer science, and just general enrichment/getting ahead. Perfect! I've been struggling with Calculus 2 and its been a while since I've don't advanced math but he's been helping me work my way through it. He takes his time and goes through all the steps for problems and explains it well. He's also really great at responding quickly which is great for some last minute review before an exam.
