My name is Abbie and I have just qualified to be a teacher of French at the University of Oxford. I am passionate about languages and language learning, particularly when it comes to enlightening young Britons of the benefits of language learning.

At the beginning of my time with Abbie I was quite the typical intermediate-French-speaker; I studied French at GCSE and have visited France on a few occasions, being able to read signage and converse comfortably in certain situations, however, I struggled to have loose and informal conversation.
