I know Riya from university where she has built a reputation of being kind and helpful. She is always willing to share her resources and her knowledge with those around her, making her an ideal tutor to any student.

Riya is my colleague from university. She is very dedicated in her studies and loves sharing her knowledge with others! One of her passions is to tutor students and she is very enthusiastic in doing so, delivering her explanations in a friendly and understandable manner.
One thing I remember is she had to deliver a presentation about her research in a lab meeting where she explained the methods she used. This was delivered in a cheerful and thorough manner, which I'm sure is exactly the skills needed for tutoring!

What stands out most about Riya is her patience and the effort she puts into making sure each student understands the topic rather than just memorising it.
