My name is Allison, and as a University of Michigan student who has successfully achieved Spanish proficiency through the renowned Residential College's intensive language program, I'm excited to bring a rigorous yet approachable and dynamic Spanish learning experience to middle and high school students.
In the Residential College (RC) at U-M, I immersed myself in a language-intensive environment, completing an accelerated and comprehensive curriculum that not only covered complex grammatical structures but also emphasized cultural fluency and practical communication skills. This academic journey has not only granted me a badge of Spanish proficiency recognized by my university but has honed my ability to adapt instructional techniques to various learning styles and paces—ensuring every student can find success in Spanish.
