About Riona
I’ve just finished first year of university studying medicine, so I’ve developed revision techniques that work for me and hopefully others too. During secondary school and college, I spent a lot of time teaching my friends maths and explaining questions they didn’t understand, alongside my own study. I achieved four A*s in A-Level, and 9 9s in GCSEs.

I’d do 1-2 hour lessons where we might choose a topic the student hadn’t well understood during classes; I’ll try to explain it better, then give them some questions to solidify their understanding. In cases where the student doesn’t have a topic to bring up, we might go through a worksheet or a past paper to work on exam technique and tailoring answers to what the mark scheme wants. These lessons are for students doing GCSEs and A-Levels.
