I'm Tom, a current student at the University of Cambridge studying Physical Natural Sciences with over 4 years of tuition experience both online and in person. I work closely with my students to identify the challenges that they are facing and how they learn most effectively. I can run content sessions helping to understand and ingrain key concepts as well as exam practice sessions where the focus is technique and what examiners are looking for.
Lessons are typically 1-2 hours.
Experience tutoring students for the past 4 years both online and in-person.
Achieved 4 A* in my A levels as well as received competitive scores in olympiads and challenges.

Tom tutored my son for several months leading up to his Physics GCSE. He was very reliable, never missing a lesson and punctual. My son really enjoyed his teaching style - Tom treated him as an equal and allowed him to tailor the lessons to his needs. My son progressed well with Tom's tuition and gained an excellent grade.
Tom has tutored several of my friends' children and also my daughter. He is reliable and patient and has managed to engage well with his students even when the tuition has been done virtually. He is able to break down complex subjects to build knowledge and understanding to a high level. His lessons are always well structured with clear objectives and his understanding of exam technique and revision strategies is outstanding.

Oxbridge Assessment Sessions (NSAA, ENGAA, PAT, MAT): £60 / hr
Oxbridge Interview Sessions: £60 / hr
Oxbridge Mock Interview: £50 / 40 min session with detailed written / verbal feedback to follow.
