About Mary
I have worked within HR for over 12 years as a senior Project Manager. So as a leader, I have managed staff of my own and still mentor young women. I am a business owner, so my teaching is also practical (in the area of business, HR and Marketing). I have also helped people start their business.
I am also a published author with my book currently sold in stores such as Waterstones, Foyles, WH Smith and many more around the world. This means I am able to really assist with creative writing, English and for those who want real advice.
I currently still get called o speak at events designed to educate people on business. I also work with a lot of young adults and have been asked to guest lecture at Kent university for their CIPD programme.
My education is not just a degree. I have other diplomas in Fashion business, CIPD and life skills.

I am able to teach one on one or in a group.
My methodology for one on one teaching is to find out the learning style and adapt. I think a fair amount of 'pushing' is necessary to stretch your ability.
I like to work with people who are serious as they get the best out of my experience and knowledge.
I can work with challenging students; however I do stress to them that this is for their development more than mine.
Teaching is a passion for me as I am keen to equip people with skills and knowledge to achieve the best.
