About Alex
Oxford PPE (Philosophy, Politics and Economics) graduate 2018 (with First Class Honours) available to help with Oxbridge and other university admissions. Experience of successfully advising applicants now reading degrees at Oxford and elsewhere. I will help with writing a personal statement, admissions tests (including the TSA, UKCAT and BMAT). I can also tutor A level- Politics, History and Philosophy - especially focusing on writing style and examination technique.

I believe we learn best through writing and debating, since this is how university admissions and A levels are assessed this is where my focus lies as a tutor. We would not primarily focus on absorbing potentially useful information, but on how to deploy and utilise that information to achieve the best result. I believe this is the key skill in sixth form education and one I am well equipped to assist with.
