About Mike

Hello! I'm Mike, a university physics lecturer and computational scientist with a Ph.D. in Computational Science from the University of Tokyo, Japan. I currently teach physics at a university in Japan and have many years of experience teaching physics, mathematics, and programming to students from diverse educational backgrounds.

I enjoy helping students understand challenging concepts by breaking them into simple, logical steps. Whether you are a beginner learning Scratch or Python, a high school student preparing for exams, or a university student studying mathematics, physics, or scientific programming, I am committed to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. My aim is not only to help students achieve better grades but also to develop confidence, curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills that will benefit them throughout their education and future careers.

I offer personalized online lessons in Scratch, Python programming, mathematics, and physics for students of all ages, from beginners to university level. My goal is to make learning enjoyable by explaining concepts in a clear and practical way, using real-world examples and interactive problem solving.

I received my Ph.D. in Computational Science from the University of Tokyo and currently teach physics at a University Japan. I also have extensive experience in scientific programming with Python, numerical simulations, and computational physics. Whether you are learning programming for the first time, preparing for school or university exams, or looking to strengthen your analytical and problem-solving skills, I will adapt each lesson to your individual goals and learning pace.

I believe that every student can succeed with the right guidance, patience, and encouragement. My lessons focus on building confidence, understanding concepts rather than memorizing formulas, and developing the skills needed for long-term success.
