About AJ

Hey, my name is AJ and I am a Year 12 graduate. I ranked first in all my subjects, studying English Advanced, English Extension 1, Music 1, Society and Culture, Community and Family Studies and SOR 1 and can assist in all of these subjects. I mainly focus on writing skills and assisting students to feel more confident during class and for exams. I believe that English as a subject is the basis for being successful across all subjects. Improving writing skills will significantly impact a students grades and overall confidence at school. I create a comfortable and judgement free environment for students to build their skills and enjoy learning in the process.

About the lesson

-comfortable and judgement free environment
- use of past papers and practise papers in order to actively learn skills
- semi structured lessons in order to allow students to openly discuss their strengths and weaknesses in english
- use of resources from Year 7-12 from a selective/gifted stream student
- lessons cater towards the students individual learning style
- length of lessons can range from 25 minutes to 1 hour
- available to tutor students between year 7 and 12
