About Christine
I am a 19 (going on 20) undergraduate student who has been going to the gym for just over a year now! So many of friends have used my workout routines and now I’m thinking, maybe I should share them a lot more!
I’m also a stickler for all that “eat like this…and eat like that” nonsense, so I’ll make sure we enjoy our fitness journey as much as possible!
One thing you need to have when you start this fitness journey with me is patience and determination. Patience is ESSENTIAL in any fitness journey and especially determination (but don’t worry there are days where I leave the gym because I’m too lazy). But these two things with me as your guide, we’re gonna make the dream work!

If you are interested in building that hourglass, or looking to build that lower body then I’m the one for you!
I will teach you all the secrets I know about building that dream body since I’m nearly at my own goal of getting that hourglass!
We move from Bulgarian split squats, to Hip thrusts to learning the right positioning for Romanian deadlifts (at the beginning my back would ALWAYS be in pain).
Let’s not forget about leg day guys! I will be teaching you all sorts of exercises, meals you can be eating, protein shakes i buy and much more :)
If you’re looking some support in your fitness journey then I’m the one for you! Friendly, outgoing, and can 100% have a laugh :)
