About Jasmin
When I was in school, I often held back from asking questions — not because I didn’t have them, but because I was worried about looking “dumb.” Most of the time, I actually knew the answer, but my lack of confidence stopped me from speaking up. That experience shaped the way I tutor today. I teach Maths and Further Maths (GCSE & A-Level), and my goal is to create a space where students feel comfortable to learn without fear of judgement. My approach is relaxed but focused: I won’t be overly strict, but I will always push you towards reaching your full potential and achieving those top grades. For me, tutoring is about more than improving marks. I want my students to leave our sessions feeling confident in their abilities, proud of their progress, and equipped with problem-solving skills they can carry into the future. Maths is often seen as intimidating, but I believe with the right support, every student can not only understand it but actually enjoy the challenge it brings.

Tutoring, for me, is about more than just getting the right answers — it’s about helping students truly understand their subjects and feel confident in their own abilities. I know how stressful school and exams can be, so I create a supportive space where students aren’t afraid to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow from them. Every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to suit each person — whether that’s step-by-step guidance, visual explanations, or lots of practice. My aim is that you leave each lesson not only knowing more, but also feeling motivated, capable, and ready to achieve your goals
