About Eva
I am an undergraduate student just beginning my bachelor's degree in Japanese and Linguistics at the University of Edinburgh. As a student who struggled immensely with exam anxiety during my GCSEs and A levels, I know how difficult an exam period can be for an individual. My goal is to help students build their confidence in Mathematics and allow everyone to fulfil their potential.

My lessons will typically be an hour long, but I am happy to adapt this for a student. My priority is to focus on the student's needs, struggles and confidence, since exams are just as much about confidence as they are about skills! As a student who struggled with exam anxiety and procrastination intensely through my GCSEs and my A levels, I understand that every student will feel differently towards a subject and have different strengths and weaknesses. I hope that with a flexible teaching approach and an open conversation on study methods, approaches and motivation we can overcome obstacles in order to lead any student to the grade that they deserve!
