About Abbey
Hello! My name is Abbey, and I am an undergraduate student at the University of New South Wales with a keen interest in making a positive difference through not only displaying a love for the subject I tutor but instilling that same passion and competency within the students I teach. I am a flexible tutor who is happy to perform classes in the morning and evening to work around your busy timetable at school. My lessons typically range from 1-2 hour. My teaching methodology varies from student to student because as a tutor it's important to tailor my teaching style to different educational needs. However, typically, I would discern what key learning goals the student has for the lesson, and break the lesson up accordingly to manage time well. We would have a set period of time for questions about current homework or the previous lesson , and then continue by going through key examples and exercises of whatever the student wants to gain more thorough knowledge of.
