About Emily
After studying Classics for five years at school, I loved the subject and could not stop reading more and more about it. I hope to share my love for this subject and encourage more students to study this subject passionately, and most importantly enjoy it! After volunteering with young children in after school activities I realised how much I enjoyed inspiring and encouraging children to want to learn, and help them in any way I can. After growing up with my mother as a teacher I have always been inspired by her effect on the children, which has motivated me to start tutoring.

I am happy to teach either GCSE or A-Level students with particular focus on the curriculum of Ancient Greece. Typical length of a lesson would be 45 minutes to an hour, depending on your preference. I am happy to go through past papers and help mould model answers and structure essay plans. My lessons can also include going through materials taught at school to depend understanding. If you let me know the materials/topic you want to coverI can get started on creating materials and shape the lessons according to your aims.
