Hello, my name is Sohoon Kim, and I am a South Korean undergraduate student studying aeronautical engineering at Imperial College London.

I have received 3 A* in my A Levels Physics, Maths and Further Maths. COVID outbreak happened during my study of A Levels and it was mostly self studying the whole content until my final A Level exams. During my A Level studies, I have learnt and made my own study plans, study methods, which resulted in getting the best grade possible in all three subjects that I was taking.
During the IGCSE/GCSE, AS Level and A Level lesson, I will be giving out my own notes for each content/chapter, going over them in detail for first 45 minutes of the lesson. I have learnt that learning exam techniques, practicing many exam questions help much more in the exam then memorising contents and reading every pages of the textbook. So, for another 1 hour and 15 minutes, I will be going over all the related questions that we have covered in the first 45 minutes of the lesson. (I have made collections of questions for each topics). Then, I will give student reasonable homework, usually reading chapters for next content and doing one or two exam style questions.
Depending on how well student understand during the tutoring and how well student do their homework, time I spend on going over contents or going over exam style questions will slightly change.
IGCSE/GCSE & AS Level/A Level Maths, Physics and Further Maths class will be 2 hours session. This time can of course be altered if you wish, and I can choose how fast you want to go over content etc.
Other than A Level subjects, I also help with Persponal Statements for UCAS application. Usually, UCAS Personal Statement lesson will last around 45 minutes, as I will mostly be giving feedbacks to students on what content to put in, or what to fix. After every session, I will also be asking my friends for feedback, so student can have many different opinions on their personal statement. Feedback in personal statement sounds like it is something that is not necessary, but it is extremely important and the more feedbacks you have, the better writing will be.
I am more than welcome to teach students, who are currently studying GCSE/IGCSE or AS and A Levels in their school and wishing to go over previous contents, or need help with their assignment and homework. I am also pleasure to teach students who are willing to go over contents that they will be learning in the future in their school.
