About Helena
I study Biological Sciences at the University of Reading and have a strong passion for Biology and Maths. As a university student, I know how to prepare for exams and I can help with techniques that make it easier! I have tutored children many times face to face and always see improvement. Having taken these exams myself, I know how to answer the questions with proper exam technique. I have also been a Young Leader at Brownies for many years so I can work with Primary school level children very easily as well.

In my teaching, I provide tailored Maths/Biology lessons based on individual needs. I work on specific complex topics that a student may struggle with and make them simple! Once the student is confident, we would start to break down the way questions are asked in a real GCSE paper. My lessons are typically an hour long but I can deliver more than one lesson a week when close to an exam. I am a university student with a strong background in Maths and Biology and know the techniques required to succeed in these subjects.
