About Freya
My name is Freya and I am currently studying Sport Science BSC at Durham university. I love sport and have done both A level and GCSE PE, as well as a DISE diploma in sporting excellence. I took myself from a predicted grade of C to an A* at a level and would love to share this knowledge with other students to help them gain confidence with exams . I truly believe everyone can achieve their dream marks in PE !

In my mind teaching should be a personalised approach, tailored to the students needs and unique ways of learning. My lessons will help prepare students for GCSE and Alevel examinations with a process on exam technique . I aim to build confidence in my students as all are capable of achieving high marks ! The lessons themselves with include kinetic, visual and verbal learning to help students fully understand complex topics; which differs from traditional classroom based teaching. This method as i have found with experience helps student put pen to paper when asked long and hard to break down exam questions. Typically tutoring sessions would be 1hour in length but this can be changed depending on students preference!
