About Emma-Lorien
There is nothing I am more passionate about then making sure everyone gets the same opportunities to achieve what they aim to. That is why I teach. Some people may need to be tutored to allow them to get ahead in this subject for their future. Some may just need to pass to be able to move onto achieve what they need in another area. I want to help everyone, regardless of what they are doing it for, have that chance.

After an initial meeting to determine at what level the student is working comfortably, I would determine the students strengths and weaknesses. Each session we’d 60% of the time to working on turning those weaknesses into strengths. Finishing the 40% left of the session by reaffirming their strengths as a form of positive reinforcement. Each session I make sure to check in with how the student is feeling and if this learning method works for them. After three sessions we re evaluate how they feel about if this is working for them. If it is we continue on how we have started. If not I begin working closely with the student to create a new learning plan that works for them and allows them to see results.
