I tutor for students of all ages, ranging from elementary school to college level students. It’s important to me that I get along with my students and understand their concerns. My first few lessons with my students always involve me getting to know them. I need to understand their problem areas and what parts need focusing on. I like to go over their class agenda to understand what their teachers require. It’s important that they also share past test scores with me so I know what questions are commonly missed.
