About Kausha
Hello! I worked as a tutor for an after-school program called Kumon for several years. Before I worked there I went there as a student myself. I know how hard it can be learning topics for the first time, especially when you are taught them in a confusing way. Through my experience as a working tutor and a student I feel very confident in properly teaching people. There will be times when you think a topic is too hard or that you just can't do it but trust me, you can! If you put in the time and find good resources to help you learn, nothing can stop you. If you need help with math I am sure that I'll be able to help you figure it out. Everyone has their own way to learn and I can figure that way for you. Good luck with all of your academics!
P.S. I just graduated from UCLA with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and I'm currently doing a masters in science of business at Pepperdine University.

Every student has their own way of learning. After working as a tutor for the most popular after school tutoring program Kumon for several years, I have learned how different ages learn through various approaches. Once I have established the type of learning that will be most effective for a specific student, I utilize effective teaching strategies. I'll give a lot of example problems that really make students think. I never like to just give the answer to a problem to a student that has been struggling with for a while. After going through many difficult classes I have come to realize how important it is that your mind is challenged. This challenge and struggle results in the best learning. You won't just learn specific problems and robotic solutions with me, I will make sure that you truly understand the theory and ideas that are helping you solve the problem. I can give lessons to any students learning math from kindergarten to precalculus courses.
P.S. Also don't worry if you're unsure about something, just let me know and we can figure it out. It will be a very stress free, relaxed environment.

I have taken several classes with Kausha both in high school and in university. Kausha always does a great job at explaining difficult concepts in a simple way that allows for better comprehension. On top of academic prestige, Kausha is just a kind person in general and is so considerate of others. I would highly recommend anyone to have Kausha as a tutor, you will be able to learn so much from him.
I've been friends with Kausha for about 7 years now and he's one of the nicest people I've met. He's always been good at thoroughly explaining concepts to people. I remember in high school when we would be doing work together and I needed him to explain something, I'd always understand it very quickly from his help.
