About Syama Priya
Hi, I’m Syama, a postgraduate student from India currently living in Cork and studying MSc Finance at University College Cork. I have a background in Finance and Hospitality Management from my undergraduate degree, so I’ve been studying finance and accounting for a few years now. I enjoy helping others understand topics that can sometimes feel overwhelming, and I remember what it’s like to be a student trying to get to grips with new concepts. I’m patient, friendly, and happy to help at whatever level you need.

I’m currently completing an MSc in Finance (Asset and Investment Management) at University College Cork, and I also hold a B.Com in Finance and Hospitality Management. So the subjects are very much fresh in my mind! I’m happy to help students who are struggling with accounting, finance, or related topics at any level. I try to break things down in a simple and patient way, going at whatever pace suits the student best. Whether it’s understanding financial statements, basic accounting concepts, or anything in between, I’ll do my best to make it as clear as possible.
