About Asal
About Me: Your Tutor
I studied a Bachelor of Science and am now in dentistry at UBC. With over 5 years of tutoring experience, I work at an institution in North Vancouver and supervise at Kumon. I know the school curriculum well and can help with assignments and essays. I create custom study plans for each student. I teach biology, math, physics, and chemistry. Fluent in English, Persian, and Turkish. First session? Half-off.

My Tutoring Approach
1. How I Teach:
I teach based on what each student needs. First, I make sure they understand the basics before moving on to harder topics. This way, they're not just memorizing but truly understanding.
2. What a Lesson Looks Like:
We start by going over what we learned last time. I'll ask some quick questions to see if they remember. Then, we'll work on new topics or assignments.
3. What Makes Me Different:
I really focus on what each student needs. I also speak English, Persian, and Turkish fluently, so I can explain things in different languages if needed.
4. Who Can Join My Lessons:
I teach kids in elementary, middle, and high school. I also help with first and second-year university topics.
