About Miao
Hello, I'm Miao. I graduated from Shanghai International Studies University majoring in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language. I have obtained the Certificate of Putonghua Level II and the Certificate of English TEM-8. With two years of teaching experience, I’m adept at teaching Chinese to adults with an emphasis on conversational practice. Tailored with different students’ needs, my lessons will be added suitable topics, culture or tests to help students improve their weaknesses. English can be our initial medium language. I love to drink coffee, explore food and travel. I believe we can be good friends on the other side of the world!

Talking about my teaching style, I would like to make Chinese language practical and easy to learn, so I will create more situations for students to practice the pinyin, vocab and grammar we learned. HSK will be our significant material, with some other textbooks being a supplement.
