About Max
My name is Max Finning, I am a year 12 student and I have always wanted to tutor, because I think that the next generation being skilled at maths, and more importantly, enjoying maths, is vital for their lives, as being skilled at maths opens so many doors later in life. At my GCSEs I received a grade 9 in maths, with 228/240 marks. I also received a grade 9 in further maths GCSE, receiving 74/80 marks on both further maths GCSE exams

My approach to tutoring is based on introducing the basic foundations to a subject, and ensuring the students understand, then advancing from there, whilst asking for any issues they have with the content, and offering clarity so they can progress in the subject. I believe repeating this process is very successful in leading students to become masters of their subject area rapidly.
