I am a lecturer as well as an experienced Assessor who has got a solid experience in teaching and assessment of students at tertiary level . I also have got experience independent lecturing of students pursuing professional qualifications in Management sciences with majors in Economics both micro and macro as well as management and accounting

My teaching methodology is done in a way that makes students understand the topic easily and quickly . I first make a quick description of the topic at the same time brainstorming students before i get into detail . I will be assessing to see whether students have a rough idea of the topic or subject matter . After that i then go through the topic in detail explaining up to the nitties and gritties of the subject matter to make sure that they understand the topic . After that i ask some questions as a summary to see if they grasp anything pertaining to the topic.
