About Keegan
I have over 3 years of tutoring experience in Calculus, ACT, and SAT. 80% of my students went on to be accepted to Ivy League Universities and similar caliber schools. My test scores include 780 on SAT Math Level II Subject Test, 34 on ACT, full score ACT math section, 5 on AP Calculus BC. I have been admitted to multiple top universities including University of Chicago, Emory University, Carnegie Mellon University, and Columbia University (where I currently attend). I am in my senior year studying Computer Science and Mathematics. One of the most important things I've learned while attending Columbia are the multiple strategies to get into an Ivy League university. Many of these strategies would have been invaluable information to myself when I was a high school freshman, and would've made my road to Columbia considerably easier. Most people believe in a "4.0 GPA 1600 SAT strategy", but I have learned that extracurriculars can be customized to take more weight than any test score. I am happy to share the multiple tactics that I have learned through my time at Columbia in a college admissions counseling session. It is never too late to start, but I recommend this service to high school underclassmen looking to tailor their high school resumes for admission to the top universities.

I offer tutoring services in SAT, ACT, Calculus, High School Mathematics, and Python for high school students. I also offer college admissions counseling services for students in grades 8-12. Parents are welcome and encouraged to sit-in on college admissions counseling sessions.
I am available virtually for all locations and in person if you are located in Manhattan, New York.
My rate is $65 for a one hour one-on-one session. Parents are welcome to sit-in on the first session to gauge compatibility.
SAT/ACT Tutoring Lesson Structure:
- set goal score
- diagnostic
- focus on weak topics
- repeat until diagnostic exams are at goal score
Calculus/Python/Math Lesson Structure:
- identify topics to work on
- create agenda for future lessons
- work through the topics one by one
College Admissions Counseling Structure:
- breakdown of existing strategies
- identify interests and accomplishments
- create high school plan
- assist in finding appropriate extracurricular activities
