About ATAF
I have been coaching various clients since 2011, and had a website regarding nutrition for a short period also, which is no longer in use.
I have roughly taught 185 students, 3 of which i have consistently coached for the last 2 years.
One of my students lost 4 stones in 3 months, another student was trying to reach her ideal body mass index for 1 year until she met me and she reached her ideal weight within 3 and a half months. Every student varies and I provide excellent service to all.

Online Video; Informal friendly tutor providing diet & nutrition coaching
Understanding current diet and if any medication is being taken (illnesses) , Creating a food plan for each individual, creating short term and long term goals.
Generating exercise plans.
Weekly review of progress would be part of the plan. Providing verbal support and well researched advice.
Month 1: Understanding current situation, creating and maintaining food plan & Goal plans, including research
Month 2: Application and use of Gym/exercise (this does not require me to observe exercise for respect of your privacy), with weekly reports to me of any changes. Regular weight checks must be done. Motivational support provided
Month 3: Reaching ideal goals and continuation
