Frans was an obedient learner who excelled in both his Mathematics and Science subjects in Grade 12, 2019.
Being given the opportunity, I believe he will shed both the knowledge and skills he acquired while he was still a learner. He used to assist other struggling learners in his matric year and he would never leave any learner without understanding of what he was assisting him/her with.
As his former teacher and Deputy Principal in his matric year, I used to give him a leadership role of explaining concepts to learners when corrections were done in class. In my absence from school, I delegated him to be a teacher for the day during my period.
With that said, I believe he portrayed both teaching, management and leadership skills which he can use in his tutoring
