About Esmeralda
Former gymnast for about 6 years. My favorite elements were beam and floor. Moved on to high school cheer, being part of a high caliber team. Expertise with flexibility(splits, scorpion, needles). Went on to finish my athletic career as a college cheerleader for 4 years. Adjusted to moving/flipping my body as an adult, gave me new ways to view body appreciation as well as injury prevention.

Flexibility acquisition is one of my expertise. From side splits, arabesque, back flexibility etc.
Tumbling skills/drills: from cartwheels to back handsprings! Standing and running tumbling skills too!
Workouts for core, arm, leg strength. Most importantly body control/awareness-which I believe build safety when learning to flip your body.
